Yesterday
Moiz was fresh out of college in 1987 when he got into the insurance business. After working in property and casualty claims for several years, he started his own insurance agency in 1995 representing a major national brand. By 2019 the agency was doing business in 15 states, and we were one of the largest commercial producers for the company in the Pacific Northwest. But as we grew, so did the needs and diversity of our customers, and we wanted a platform where we could offer more specialized products and services. We decided to become independent brokers.

Today
Today our brand is built around you. As an independent agency, Tilikum Insurance represents you, and not any one insurance company. At the same time we offer an expanded menu of carriers and products. Sky is the limit. For unique risks that mainstream insurance companies are not willing to write, we will seek coverage through underwriters at Lloyds of London and Surplus Lines Carriers.
